GENERAL TERMS
- A full refund will be issued if an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it is supposed to do. A refund will not be issued if the item comes back not matching the same quality when sold, e.g. if the item comes back damaged, dirty, worn-out, etc.
- Orders made on line, by email or over the telephone are covered under ‘distance selling’
- A refund will be issued for goods returned within 14 days of receiving them when purchased on line, by email or over the telephone and with a valid receipt minus postage/delivery charge.
- The refund can take up to 14 days to process.
- When an item is brought directly from Pole Emporium no refund will be issued.
- Pre orders need to be paid for in full unless otherwise stated.
- This does not effect your statutory rights.
- The length of time a pre order takes to come in aldepends on the length of time it takes the supplier to provide the goods and then for Pole Emporium to forward the goods onto the customer.
- No exact date therefore be given for pre orders.
- All gift vouchers can only be used once and no change will be given.
- Gift vouchers can not be used to purchase poles and can not be used in conjuction with discount vouchers or other such promotions.
- All data, contents and design of my website is solely for my own use and is not to be copied or used as it is trade mark protected and protected under the copy right law.
- Any mis use of my website and its contents will result in prosecution.
- I reserve the right to remove any comments made on my blog.
- Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which Pole Emporium and the owner shall not be liable.
- It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products purchased, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements and are fitted as per instructions.

- Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary to the catalogue (the website will always be more up to date).
SHIPPING & RETURNS
- Goods are sent out with a copy of your invoice and a returns form.
- We aim to ship goods out within 24-36hrs of purchase excluding weekends and Bank Holidays
- This does not include Royal Mail postage delivery time so please factor this in whilst waiting for goods.
- If for any reason you would like to return your item/items, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange of your goods.
- Items must be returned within 14 days to the address given with a fully completed returns form attached.
- No refund will be issue if the returns form is not completed with the buyers name and order number.
- Goods must be returned in their original state free from damage for a refund/exchange to be accepted.
- Postage is non refundable on non faulty goods
- Please be aware that shoes that have been specifically ordered in especially for the individual will not be refunded unless faulty.
- This does not apply to shoes that we already hold in stock an an exchange/refund will be issued on these if required and they are undamaged and unworn.
